Legal Agreement: Membership Cancellation Policy

Early Termination: Should You choose to terminate this membership prior to your membership term selected on the website, Rock City Centre reserves the right to levy an additional charge to your credit card on file. The additional charge due at Early Termination will be calculated as follows:

(Monthly membership rate for the actual term - Monthly membership rate for the chosen term) * Number of months of actual term + $150.  Upon termination or completion of the membership, any overpayments will be credited to your credit card on file, which you are required to provide us prior to becoming a member.
